My name is Jay Gutierrez and I am the owner and founder of Radical Business Solutions LLC.  I have over 30 years of business experience in the Testing, Inspection, and Certification, (TIC), industry sector.  Most of my experince is in operational management with the last 16 years spent working in senior executive roles.  I've managed businesses in excess of $900M in revenues, with over 10,000 employees world wide.  I am a classic "mailroom to boardroom guy".  I started out working in an entry level position and worked myself up the ranks to lead one of the largest divisions in my field globally.  Along my journey, I have been blessed with many experiences and training that has allowed me to improve and grow multinational business streams under my direction.  I believe in getting the nuts and bolts of an organization right first.  I started Radical Business Solutions to give me a platform from which I could use my experience to help companies, that  can not afford large multinational consultancy firms.  I started my career in a "mom and pop" business, so I know the challenges those types of businesses find themselves in from time to time. My frontline experience in both global, and "mom and pop" organizations gives me a unique ability to merge the best of both worlds into lasting solutions.
